Please Note: As this is a newly published book, each new batch of books takes roughly 2-3 weeks to produce before being available for sale again. Thank you all for your incredible support but please be patient as the printers need time to print more books before the retailers can list them again for sale. This is a wonderful “problem” but I understand it may be an inconvenience to some. Please check back here regularly for when the next batch of books is available.
